21st Annual Texas Warm-up Cup
August 16 - 17, 2014

ENTRY FEES
Team have the option of playing 3 or 4 games.
U10-U12 (8v8): $375 for 3 games, $485 for 4 games
U13-U18 (11v11): $425 for 3 games, $550 for 4 games

TEAM CHECK-IN
Teams are required to check-in 1-hour prior to their first game and Tournament Headquarters Tent located at the fields. At Lindsay/Lyons the tent will be located in the back of the park. At Burroughs Park we will be set-up by the concession stand by field 2 & 3.  Teams need to bring the following with them to check-in:

  • Official Roster - If you do not yet have a copy of your official roster you can use one from last year. Guest players can be written on the roster.
  • Player Cards - Again, if you do not yet have player cards for this year you can use last year’s cards
  • Medical Release - You must bring a copy of a medical release for every player on your roster. No exceptions!

HOTELS
All teams traveling in from more than 90 miles away are required to go through Events by Design to make hotel arrangments. Click HERE to see a list of hotels and to make your reservations.
