SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
5 WEEK PROGRAM

 

Dates: June 26 - July 30
Location: Burroughs Park
Ages: U11-U18 Girls
Cost: $80/once per week (5 sessions), $160/twice per week (10 sessions), $215/three times per week (15 sessions)


Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

5:30-6:30 pm classes (ages 02-01-00-99)
6:30-7:30 pm classes (ages 08-07-06)
7:30-8:30 pm classes (ages 05-04-03)
*Sign up to attend once, twice or three times per week

 


The focus of this program will be to improve the players speed, agility and strength and the goal is to improve player performance and reduce injuries through improving the overall athlete.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

 

Dates: June & July
Location: Burroughs Park
Ages: U11-U18 Girls
Cost: $25 per player, per session


 


The focus of this program will be to improve the players speed, agility and strength and the goal is to improve player performance and reduce injuries through improving the overall athlete.  The small group setting will allow for more personally focused training. Group size is 2-4 players. Group leader will coordinate with Lewis to determine training times and locations. Sign up for 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 sessions.

Payment: Bring cash or a check made payable to Challenge Soccer Club to your first training session.

Cost: $50 per session
