TEAM CHECK-IN
All teams will need to check-in one-hour prior to your first game at the Tournament Headquarters tent located at the fields. You will need to have the following on hand: 1 copy of your Official Roster, Player Cards & Medical Release Forms for every player on your roster. You will need to have the Player Card and a Medical Release for any Guest Players you have as well.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event of rain that necessitates schedule changes, you can call the weather information line. The number will be sent to all of the team managers. We will update the webiste as soon as possible.
ABOUT THE TOURNAMENT
The Presidents' Day Invitational is a competitive tournament for U9/U10 Academy teams and U11 through U19 Division I, Super 2 and Division II girls soccer teams. The tournament is an excellent way to prepare your team for spring 2013 play. All U11-U14 teams will be scheduled a minimum of 4 matches. Teams will be paired in Premier, Classic, Competitve and Open brackets. Awards are presented to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams for all U11 through U14 brackets. U15-U18 teams playing in the College Showcase can choose to play either 2 or 3 games. **Both US Youth Soccer and US Club Soccer teams can participate in this event.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
If you wish to participate in the 12th Annual Presidents’ Day Invitational & College Showcase, please complete and submit the online application. Application Form and Team Information Form MUST be submitted online.

Teams will receive official notification of acceptance and non-acceptance via email. A list of accepted teams will be posted on the Challenge Soccer Club website.
U9 & U10 TEAMS
We will offer U9-U10 competition in the 8v8 format only. Academy teams will play 3 mini-games on Saturday with no games on Sunday.
TEAM PARTICIPATION & GUEST PLAYERS
U11/U12 teams may enter with a maximum of 14 players on the roster. U13 through U15 teams may enter with a maximum number of 18 players. U16 - U19 teams may enter with a maximum of 22 players. Teams are allowed up to 3 guest players.
FIELDS/MAPS
U9/U10 games will be played at Meyer Park. U11-U14 games will be played at Lindsey/Lyons Park. All others will be played at Burroughs Park.

HOTEL INFORMATION LIST OF HOTELS
All teams travelling more than 90 miles are required to stay in an Official Tournament Hotel and must make reservations through Events by Design. Click on the 'List of Hotels' above to start the reservation process. Please Note: Teams from out of town will NOT be scheduled games until we have their hotel information.
