Registration Open for Sports Performance Training @ Burroughs Park

The focus of this program will be to improve the players speed, agility and strength and the goal is to improve player performance and reduce injuries through improving the overall athlete. 

 

 

9 WEEK FALL PROGRAM

Dates: Tuesday, September 5th - Monday, November 13th
Although training started the week of September 5th, you can start next week and still get all 9 weeks in!
Location: Burroughs Park
Ages: U11-U19 Girls
Cost: $100 (once per week for 9 weeks)
*you can sign up for 2 times per week, but you'll have to register twice.

6:30-7:10pm
7:20-8:00pm
8:00-8:40pm
