10:15 - 11:15 AM (07 - 00 Birth Years)



One session a week / 4 sessions for: Total cost $70
Two sessions a week / 8 sessions for: Total cost $135
Three sessions a week / 12 sessions for: Total cost $205

Your level of fitness determines the level of skill you can apply. Without a doubt the more
highly conditioned you become, the more consistently you can perform. Getting your
conditioning program right, gives you an unparalleled competitive edge. Natural ability
combined with hard work and application of a sports performance program players can tap to a
level of potential they never realized was within them.

Program layout:
Each session there will be a focus on different aspects of a soccer players sporting performance
while emphasizing on correct form and technique to prevent future injuries. Which include but
not limited to:

1. Aerobic & Anaerobic endurance drills
2. Strength & Power
3. Speed & Agility
4. Flexibility
5. Soccer fitness testing
6. Injury prevention
